Dr. Katherine Klos
Dr. Katherine Klos is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist based in Washington, DC. She has advanced training and extensive experience in sexual medicine for all genders. Dr. Klos earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame, her medical degree from the University of Alabama, and completed her urology residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She has worked closely with Dr. Rachel Rubin for 10 years and joined her practice in 2023.
Dr. Klos treats a range of conditions, including recurrent urinary tract infections, recurrent vaginal infections, low libido, clitoral adhesions, interstitial cystitis, menopausal symptoms, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She takes a compassionate, comprehensive, and integrative approach to achieve the best outcomes for her patients, valuing the time to establish a trusting and lasting doctor-patient relationship. Outside of her practice, Dr. Klos enjoys spending time outdoors in DC with her three children.
